It would be much better to have appointment times available. I was there for three hours. I was there for a 30,000 mile service. When he can back from the meeting I asked him what was up with my car and he said one person does the oil and another person does the rest and when he went to the meeting that process got delayed. Not great for me or all of the other people waiting for him to come back. More
