I went there for an oil change and to ask about tires. When I arrived, I did speak to a service member who is in the middle booths and I was a little disappointed because he didn't give me any information When I arrived, I did speak to a service member who is in the middle booths and I was a little disappointed because he didn't give me any information besides directing me to the express lanes, but I'm very grateful that he did because I had the opportunity to speak with Christian Perez. Christian was extremely kind and very helpful. He provided me with options in regards to the tires that were available and Recommended alignment because I was receiving new tires which I didn't know I had to do. I would be coming back to the dealer only because of Christian. He was truly wonderful. More
I scheduled an appointment for an oil change in my Mazda. After being told a couple of times that they don't carry the needed filter, I thought it would be better. At that point, I went to the express desk to confirm that the filter was available and, if not, would be in a couple of days. I made the appointment for the oil change on a Friday for the following Monday, ensuring the filter was available. I told them that I had another appointment, 1.75 hrs from the 0830 scheduled time and assured that wouldn't be a problem. Monday at 820, I arrive for the service, reminding about the time restrictions I had, said no problem. 1000 came, not finished, not happy. More
The body shop experience from this dealership has been really horrible. The body shop manager who was handling the repair decide to quit and his priority was only is it for him to find a new job in which really horrible. They never ordered parts for the car and wouldn’t offer a loaner car for any situation please have the manager and/or owner call me to refund me this rental bill asi have been paying for 12 days out of my pocket that is unfair thank you very much. I highly encourage never going to this body shop for anything whatsoever as they will not care to take care of your car properly or treat you with respect in anyway possible. More

I complained in person, sent emails and made phone calls and nobody ever contacted me, I guess Jeep Hollywood does not care for my safety and my family’s, very disappointed !!! More
I have had horrible customer service with this dealership. We had taken in our car at the end of last year in December 2022 for work. The part needed to fix the car was on endless back order. When the part finally came in after waiting for three months, someone in the service department somehow sold it to some other customer. We then needed to wait even longer for another part to be ordered and received. I was understandably upset when this happened back in February 2023. I came into the dealership and spoke to Mike Sundack. He did not know how the part was sold to another customer. As a concession for us to go through this horrible experience and wait even longer, he agreed to pay for a rental car for us to use until the part came in and the car was fixed. He even physically went over to Enterprise with me and told them to bill it back to Jeep as they would pay for it. The rental agreement shows that it was supposed to be billed back to Jeep. I was just notified by Enterprise that after months of them reaching out to Hollywood Chrysler/ Jeep to pay for it that they never responded and never paid. Because they never paid they billed me for this for a total of $262.50. This is the amount that Jeep was supposed to pay as per the agreement with Michael. I was so livid when Enterprise told me that you never paid that I went into the dealership on Thursday July 20th to talk to Michael. He told me that he was not able to help me as this would fall into the realm of Bill Garcia who was not in the office that day. Michael told me that Bill would be back into the office on Friday July 21st. He took a copy of the attached bill to show to Bill and said that he would call me on Friday July 21st after speaking to Bill. He even opened up my account and confirmed my address and phone number were still valid. I never heard back from anyone. I am beyond livid with the absolutely horrendous experience that I have had with your dealership. Not only did I have the horrible experience with fixing my car but then Michael offered me a concession to help with some of that horrible experience and then never followed through with the agreement to pay. This dealership is full of bait and switch offers and never follows up with what they promise. Stay far away. More
