When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the greeting was unwelcoming; there was no proper hello or any form of acknowledgment. The manager Brandon, who was the first to see me, treated me as if I was in the unwelcoming; there was no proper hello or any form of acknowledgment. Rebecca the front desk, who assisted me, was rude and misplaced my paperwork, directing me to find Sergio the advisor because she claimed my documents were not up there for checkout. After I grabbed Sergio, upon arrival, had to ask her to locate them, as they were mistakenly placed in a bin she had overlooked due to disorganization. I felt overcharged, and when I questioned Brandon the manager about the charges, he couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation. He mentioned that rental fees are typically hidden in the prices, and without warranty, he couldn't assist me further. Additionally, the labor fees were incorrectly calculated as he stated, resulting in me paying $2600 when I should have been charged more for labor fees. I had to pay those fees and pay for my own rental for 9 days. After being told my car was going to be ready in 4 days and now it was 9 days later. More
