I like the people that I deal with. They are friendly and make sure the job gets done. However I won’t go back for any service related matter unless it’s free which I am entitled to for the next 3 years bein make sure the job gets done. Very disappointing overall, know the dealership very well, but the service experience was totally off. Terrible communication, incomplete work on the car. Won't go back after this last visit. I will give credit to service manager Rick Ogle for coming in help resolve and troubleshoot the issue at the end but this issue went on for 12 days... however when the car was finally returned, not clean, the access panel below the seats from work done was left unattached, cables were not properly connected, no sanitary considerations, etc. Service writer Steven mumbles and simply could not explain the process and details regarding a serious ABS / Master Brake Cylinder failure on a Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 13K miles.
