I brought my vehicle there before Christmas. It started with a case with Dreama. She never responded to phone calls so eventually I had to come in person to check the truck. I made contact with Brandon ortega. And he co tinier to give me the same nonsense about there not being an answer for the recall. Everything contradictory to what Chrysler corporate number was telling me. Eventually after countless lies from either Chrysler or your dealership I left a pretty nasty message. Mostly because no one was updating me anything about the truck and it had been months. I got a couple random emails but no return calls except for one. Brandon Ortega called me told me that he heard theean voicemail and was going to start charging me storage fees since he now didn't like me. I called and begged last week to let me take the vehicle somewhere else. Brandon had the audacity to show me that an answer had been found for the recall even though now he was refusing to work on it and make me go out of my way to bring it somewhere else. Huge waste of of time and very threatening. I've never dealt with that level of immaturity in what you call a manager or been kicked so hard while I'm down paying for a vehicle you all refused to help with and then get threatened with storage fees. Thank god for whoever Mike is because he told be if I got the vehicle immediately last week then he would not charge me. If I knew how to press charges for the amount of stress you all caused me. My first experience last year was terrible. Then I was connected with Dreama who made my next couple visits amazing. I reached out to her but I am guessing she no longer works there. I made an appointment for 9 am for an oil change to wait and was advised that they are running late when I arrived and he was very polite. No problem, I will leave and come back. No call at 1pm. I tried calling twice and ended up at voicemail both times. Then I went online and chatted with Abigail who took my information who then got me an answer. At 2pm I was advised my vehicle was done via text. That's a long time for an oil change with an appointment. Then I was told that I don't get paperwork or a printout for my services for the day. Not sure if it's due to having a maintenance plan, but that's insane. I regret getting it and having to come for an oil change that I can personally do in less than an hour. More
