Great customer service I arrived in Service area and was immediately greeted by my service advisor. He explained the service process to me. After diagnoses it was determined that vehicle had to remain in the shop for a few days I was given a vehicle to drive while repairs were being completed. The experience was pleasant and effortless. Unusual problem related to trunk lid which wouldn’t close properly. While opening it would not open fully. As it looked simple fix to me they kept working on it for a week but delivered.
