I’ve been buying jeeps from Hollywood Chrysler Jeep since 2015. Went to get an estimate on why my cars air condition knob wasn’t working. The total was $1344 for a water pump. I was charged a $307 estimate fee. I did get a discount of $40 but I don’t think I should’ve been charged at all. Not a way to treat a loyal customer. Also use you for my oil changes and tire rotation, through the life of all my jeeps. More

I like the idea of the express lane. I don’t like that I have to get my alignment adjusted after I rotate my tires the last two times I have rotated the tires.
