The service department is one of the worst I’ve been to. And because of that I would not buy a new vehicle from them. Oil change was good. ; had to replace air filter and cabin air filter. Everything was good except the A/C had a really bad humming after they changed the cabin filter. I received a coupon from Dodge for a discounted oil change, but when I arrived at the service center, I was told the discount wouldn’t be honored. They quoted me $150 for an oil change on my Charger—ne change, but when I arrived at the service center, I was told the discount wouldn’t be honored. Complete lack of customer concern, deadlines would come and go and feedback was nonexistent. Even with multiple calls to Neymar, Carlos And Gracey weekly. I brought my Jeep in for service, but it sat for 11 days without being looked at, which forced me to cover the cost of a rental car myself.
