The diagnostic charges are ridiculous and your dealership and rep tried to charge me taxes on a service. There is no tax collected on service unless some kind of part is included and billed. He also added 6.99 charge for labor, which is an added insult to injury. Unfortunately I missed it till I left and reviewed it. Labor for what if all that was done was the diagnostic which was already charged at a ridiculous price of 249.99. That is downright robbery. Then you guys have the nerve to charge a 3% credit card fee on top of an inflated invoice . Makes no sense to lose future potential customers by trying to take advantage of them, overcharging and padding invoices . That is the reason why most people only take warranty work to dealers. You guys are cutting off your nose to spite your face. More
