We came on Saturday with all the information we needed and told him we needed time to think about it and he said fine no problem and to call back if we had any questions. We went home and did some research and called him back with another counter offer over the phone for our trade-in and basically made a deal over the phone and he didn't require me to leave a deposit and said he would take my word and hold the jeep for us till the next day. WOW someone who takes your word that you will be back the next day to finalize the deal. Also we were going to get our own financing because were used to having someone try and give us a high interest rate, but this was not the case with Anthony in finance and we were out in about 30 minutes with a great rate. Lou even had to get us a spare tire off another jeep because ours was missing and he went and took care of that himself as well as a wash and full tank of gas. Good Job Hollywood Chrysler Jeep!!!
