John Berry, Mr. Steve Fury (Fioravante), Also New Car Sales Manager Raheal (unsure of spelling Mr. Berry`s partner), Jeff (Their Boss), Marvin Simon (Drove me all the way back home and initial paperwork), Pete Lombardo (Parts Director), Ken (Service Director), and all the great ladies behind the scenes that answered my calls, as well as all those that I forgot, Whewwww... Basically the whole dealership. E-mail below please make sure these employees are noticed for their above and beyond treatment and courteousness. Just wanted to give you gentlemen a heads up, I just logged onto Jeep VOTS and noticed that My Jeep is being shipped!!! I`m already loving it, thanks to you guys!!. Also, Mr. Berry and Mr. Fury; I just saw that there are some "2013" cash incentives available to me that just came out in the last few days, finally. I called the incentives department and Michelle provided me with the information: She said you guys can follow up with her if you had any questions and she could be contacted at the, Chrysler Incentives Assistance Center at 1-800-227-0757. Also, John don't waste your time with the Disabled Vets (Military Rewards) incentive. Michelle at customer service incentives, said they just received notice last Friday that effective immediately the program is only eligible to 100% Disabled Veterans or 20 year retirement, oh well still proud to be a VET!!. I would like to ask that you Gentlemen please save the incentives cash into a Parts Account or hold the refund for me however you can until I am able to make to the dealer, while I recover from becoming a member of the "Zipper Club" (Heart Surgery/Triple By-pass On (9/17/2012, WEWHOOO!!!). Thank you Gents for all that you have done in making this car buying experience one that I will never forget. If I hear of anyone that's looking for a car I will be sure to send them your way, even if it’s not a Jeep or a Chrysler that they are looking for, I will try my best to tell them what an awesome staff and product your dealer offers, I will do my best to convince them not to waste any time on deciding what kind of vehicle they want and direct them straight to Hollywood Jeep. (Not trying to Kiss A** here but that's how I feel, another dealership and sales staff might have gave me a heart attack before my actual surgery). I would like to emphasize that I took my time in making my decision when shopping for the Jeep, some dealers, about six (6), (I will not even mention) were awful, no enthusiasm to say the least, and full of fairytales, and well I will just leave it at that. The whole deal at Hollywood Jeep literally took me about 20 minutes to settle on a fair deal for both, of course not including finalizing documents and such, I even had a trade, which I feel that I was given a fair and honest price (Happy). I would like to add that these guys had no idea about my heart surgery, so this great deal was not made because of sympathy. I found out of my condition about two weeks later. If I would have known, I more than likely would not have purchased a vehicle rite now. A car shopper from what I read, usually stays away from the smaller dealers because of less wiggle room, who would have known a small dealer like Hollywood Jeep would have beat all the other dealerships by a mile!! Well sorry for being so long winded, I just have allot of time on my A** rite now. Thank you again and I will be in touch, and I will buy another vehicle from you guys. Catch you all on the FLIP SIDE!! Or should I say on the ZIP SIDE LOL :-) Yours truly; Felix de la Vega CELL (772) 216-1782, I will have my cell at my bed side till my baby arrives in my garage. More
Went with my wife to purchase a pre-owned Dodge. I have never had such a pleasurable experience purchasing a vehicle. I was fully expecting this to take six hours of my Saturday. I was in and out in two an never had such a pleasurable experience purchasing a vehicle. I was fully expecting this to take six hours of my Saturday. I was in and out in two and a half, including test drive and unrelated conversation with our amazing sales person, Peter Bassuk. The Caravan was very fairly priced. I'm not sure you can truly appreciate how awesome it is to not have to haggle. Right out of the gate, the asking price was right where my research said it should be. Congratulations on doing something no other automotive dealership in South Florida can: price a car fairly.I got pretty much exactly what I wanted for my car. Again, the lack of haggle is jaw dropping. I honestly cannot voice a high enough recommendation for Hollywood Chrysler. They will be my first stop for all my vehicle purchases. More

My problems with the dealership 1.) Check Engine light My problems with the dealership 1.) Check Engine light was left on as I drove off the lot 2.) Damage to body of jeep (11 days still not fixed) 3. No My problems with the dealership 1.) Check Engine light was left on as I drove off the lot 2.) Damage to body of jeep (11 days still not fixed) 3. No gas in car at time of purchase 4.) Not explained the service contract had a deductible until I went to service 5.) Lack of a 2nd key and the guy who promised it is no longer with the dealership 6.) slow response time in service. The check engine was not taken care of the day I bought the car, which I feel the dealership did not have my best interests mind rather than just pushing the sale transaction forward as fast as possible. The safety of my family was put on the backburner after hearing what the repair entailed on jeep "fuel line leak" Had damage to the body jeep that was not addressed nor fiexed. Attempted to contact the manager he did not want to contact me and sent me back to my sales guy. The dealership needs to take responibilty I sat their service watiing area for 5hrs waiting for a check engine light to be fixed something that should have been done before the sale was completed. I am not satisfied with the service I have received about the only thing This dealership does not put the customer first because this is clearly not the case in my situation. More
Called repeatedly to discuss a used car they were advertising as being in good shape. Told them we were driving up from Marathon in the Keys with cash in hand to buy the car. Salesman says only issue advertising as being in good shape. Told them we were driving up from Marathon in the Keys with cash in hand to buy the car. Salesman says only issue is a ding on the door. We get there and find a huge hole in the front bumper, dings all down the side of the car, a hole in the fender and a heavily oxidized rear bumper. Spent five hours driving 250 miles round trip. Jackass salesman actually said he "must have missed the holes" when confronted. More
In my opinion, the people overall are pretty friendly. Therein lies the danger. As a pretty smart person, I was still lured in. My main two issues are the extended warranty that Jeep offers, which I think is a COMPLETE waste of money, as well as the low durability of the vehicle coupled with the fact that the dealership is ABSOLUTELY unwilling to make ANY concessions or remedy ANY of the NUMEROUS PROBLEMS with the vehicle. While I am sure that I got a good price on the vehicle, but then the problems began and that friendliness went out up in smoke as quickly as the gasoline the jeep goes through. In my experience, I do not think that the Jeep has held up well. In each thing that has broken, I find that the so called "comprehensive" warranty is not at all comprehensive. In fact, it has not covered ONE thing that has went wrong with the vehicle. Funny thing was, they have a real pretty chart that leads one to believe that it could cover nearly anything that could possible go wrong with the vehicle. In my opinion, the people there are NOT helpful, and resort to intimidation and other tactics like a cheap used car sales person. Either way, if I were you, I would find somewhere else to shop, especially if I were looking for a used vehicle (Enterprise sells a lot of their cars, and has great customer service) or a Jeep, as there are so may options. Good luck, and if I were you, I would avoid this dealership. More
