Old school tactics I spent four hours there, with the old "I need to bring this to my manager" back and forth. So disappointing. They said they could only finance me at 9.5% (which was false) and I could only use their preferred lender, but low and behold when I left they ran out after me saying that they could get me financed at 4.9%. By far the WORST dealership to buy/trade from I went into the dealership on July 4, 2015 and traded my Altima for a Jeep Cherokee. They wanted me to lie to the finance company they were submittin I went into the dealership on July 4, 2015 and traded my Altima for a Jeep Cherokee. They wanted me to lie to the finance company they were submitting my information to. Then August 10, comes around and my trade in still was not paid off. I had to make numerous amounts of calls to try and resolve this and my Nissan account became delinquent on behalf of Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. I then had to drive all the way back to the dealership to make my "first payment" to the new finance company South Florida, which still hasn't cleared and it's now September 4th. So I called South Florida and they have no record of my name on file. And tell me my first payment should go to them and the rest of my payments go to another finance company. Wait what? How is that even possible? It's been two months since my trade/purchase, these things should have been filed and completed. And my "second payment" is due in 14 days and I have yet to receive a bill with the "correct" finance company. Now again, I have consistently continued to contact Hollywood Chrysler Jeep and left numerous messages with no return call. I am never late on payments and have good standing credit, but now this dealership has made myself and possibly my credit bad. I will never recommend this dealership to ANYONE!! I've had over 10 cars and this is by far the WORST dealership I have ever had to deal with. More
