The communication with the service advisor Neyma is non existent. My vehicle was brought in under my warranty, left there for over a month. And I can barely squeeze out and update. But one month with no updates and all of these repairs besides the noise it was brought in for. At least communicate! More

I dropped my jeep off on Thursday morning for an over heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I knew this was covered under warranty and still no rental car was offered to me until TUESD heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I had to call 2-3x per day to get any information about what was going on with my vehicle. Nick the manager tried to make the situation better by trying to get me into a 2025 jeep, but the numbers did not work out. Nicks customer service was great, but I’m not sure it’s enough to keep me at this dealership for my next jeep. More

Their attorney began communication but eventually stopped responding. This left me no choice but to take my concerns public. I will be holding signs, passing out flyers, and peacefully warning other consumers this holiday weekend. My goal is simple: to protect other buyers by urging them to carefully read contracts, request copies, and double-check financing paperwork.
