Beyond my Expectations I recently purchased a 2007 Mazda CX-7 from Holly Ridge Auto Mart for my 16 year old son, Cameron. I had looked for months on all the automobile used I recently purchased a 2007 Mazda CX-7 from Holly Ridge Auto Mart for my 16 year old son, Cameron. I had looked for months on all the automobile used car websites as well as spent countless Saturdays up and down the road looking at Craigslist opportunities. Needless to say, I had reached my breaking point. Although Holly Ridge was several hours away from me, I quickly realized from trading both phone calls and emails that Bill Long knew his stuff. At no time during this process did I find Bill to be the typical pushy, high-pressured salesman that so many others are. I found Bill to be an expert in his craft and must say this was the most pleasurable car-buying experience I have ever had. I won't shop anyplace else the next time I am in need of a vehicle. My son loves his car and I must admit I actually found it to be nicer than what Bill even represented it to be. Thank you again, Bill Chris M. More

Customer service & quality of work is bad because we got lied to time and time again. The Jeep Grand cherokee we bought from them needed and still needs hundreds and hundreds of dollars in work! They didn't even vacuum it out or give it an oil change before they threw it onto their lot. Of course they are friendly they want to sell. We bought a vehicle from them and the Day we took it off the lot it started smoking. I called and he said "bring it in and we will take care of you" so I took it in and they replaced a computer (supposedly we didn't receive any proof that they did this they would not give us a receipt. Then we drive it down the road from the auto shop that they use and it is STILL smoking. We take it back and then it needs a new radiator and they STILL can't find the oil leak. So we decide to just go pick it up, and they charge us over 500 dollars that awesome warranty they sell cars with does NOT cover a lot of things. Bill at holly ridge said that they would pay HALF (yes only half) if we signed a waiver & gave them good reviews. We decided to NOT be blackmailed and we paid for it all ourselves and tell other customers to be ware. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau AND the attorney generals office! I hope this company pays for what they have done! More
