Brian, Keith, and our salesman Joe have always gone the extra mile to make sure we are happy with our vehicle choice, plus we have always had a positive experience with trading in to get something newer (or a replacement vehicle after something exciting happens, like having a tree fall on my car at the Johnstown Amtrak station). The guys in their service department have also been great to deal with. As our go-to salesman, Joe has even brought cars to our home when work schedules prevented us from getting to the dealership! Johnstown is well-populated with places to get a car or truck, but we always go to Hollerns first and have never felt the need to go anywhere else. Due to a manufacturer oversight, neither us nor Hollern and Sons was aware the car had some serious problems and the powertrain warranty was voided. Keith Hollern was very understanding of the situation. He worked closely with our local dealership and took care of all the mechanical problems and the powertrain warrenty was reinstated. He runs an honest buisness and is a man of his word. We would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

Nightmares resolved. We have been buying cars and trucks since they were in Windber with the Dodge dealership. Often to find something that we didn't expect to be able ge We have been buying cars and trucks since they were in Windber with the Dodge dealership. Often to find something that we didn't expect to be able get at the price asked. Up to around 10 vehicles from them at this point. The last purchase was close to being the dream car and a potential nightmare as well. Through no fault of Hollern's the car we got had some problems within the first month. It was all covered under warranty but brought up potential expenses that could be in the future. They went above and beyond at every turn and turned what could have been a huge problem in the future into getting it all resolved with another car that will, I'm sure be so much better in the end. It took a while to get through all the process but they made it happen and with very little to do but sign the paperwork. I can't say I've looked anywhere else for a car in years. With all the stressors out there today, this is one thing I can honestly say I don't need to worry about. The process of finding a car and navigating the process is just taken care of. No worries about honesty, integrity or any of the typical buying a car worries. If it's not on the lot - it will be at some point. More
