We took the car in because we needed a new tire and it took almost twenty four hours to get a quote for a new tire and then it took another hour to find out that she also needed a new rim. Very unprofessional. More
My husband took my 2012 Hyundai Genesis in for a routine oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go out. Since we live in Florida and it does get hot, he purhcased it and they installed it, however even though we have an extended warranty and the warranty on this vehicle is 60,000 miles, this particular part was NOT covered. This is truly AMAZING to me, does this mean that every 17,000 miles we have to purchase a new Air Filter for the inside of the vehicle for the A/C?? I feel we were "ripped off" by a service person trying to "look good" to a service manager and this part wasn't really needed. I would like to hear from other owners of 2012 Hyundai Gensis to see if this has been a problem for them. I will indeed do reserach on this problem. More

?Service guy took car for a long ride over 45 min and 25 mi away to hear a AC noise and he was told you can hear it when it is parked. then when he came back from the test drive he had someone in the car wi mi away to hear a AC noise and he was told you can hear it when it is parked. then when he came back from the test drive he had someone in the car with him. ( ya think they were using it for something else) WOW Free Gas Free Ride lets use that car!!!!! then they told me that they cant find anything wrong. But 2 min in the parking lot I got it to make the noise.then I saw damage on the right front wheel like someone hit a curb, when I took it in and we 3 of us looked at the tires for wear there was no damage now after test drive DAMAGE not hard to tell who did that. POOR POOR Customer NO SERVICE. More
