This was the worst experience I’ve had, ever. The whole appointment was a xxxx show! I came in for my appointment only to find out that they are behind schedule. I was quoted about 2 hours. I don’t know why an oil change takes two hours but nevertheless I stayed. It’s Christmas eve so they decided to have breakfast on site. I think it should have at least been warm. The food has congealed and there was solidified grease on the bacon. Moving on… I couldn’t stomach the food so I quietly waited my 2 hours. around the two hour mark I had to check in with my service advisor (he didn’t bother to reach out to me) He then advised it would be another 75-90 minutes! I just don’t understand. Why schedule so many people on the schedule if you know that you’re understaffed? Not to mention that they walked up to me calling me some other woman’s name telling me that I was ready to go when in fact I wasn’t at all. Moreover, they say that you can text your advisor but when I text him he doesn’t reply so what’s the point? The service advisor was only nice to me when it was time to leave and when he had the audacity to ask me for a survey. Requesting a five star review from me when you weren’t the nicest person and you disrespectfully called me someone else’s name? No thank you. I’ll pass. I’ll be happy to take my business somewhere else once my lease is over. More

The part that was ordered for our SUV came in sooner than I expected. Sanford text me the part was in and ready to be installed at my convenience. I really liked that it wasn’t huge and overwhelming, like most dealerships. Sanford, the service advisor, was great and provided outstanding customer service. The only down side to my visit was that the tech most dealerships. Sanford, the service advisor, was great and provided outstanding customer service. The only down side to my visit was that the tech who did the actual oil change, misplaced the paperwork for my vehicle, so I was there longer than I would’ve been, because the service advisor had to hunt it down. Had I asked about my car sooner, I may not have been there as long, so I hold myself accountable for that. Aside from that small snag, I would definitely recommend this location for service. More
