The do not pay attention to details. Did the 60k service and a red light for air bags which went unnoticed. My saying ‘yes’ to referring ppl to this dealership comes with an asterisk in that I would say mention get the job done but there are issues. One, the communication here is sub par. On one occasion I was waiting for my car for hours only to find out they thought I was leaving the car, which puts the vehicle on a lower priority. They comped the oil change so kudos for making it right. Most recently I had the car towed in and called ahead to give them specific instructions based on their comments, which ultimately were not followed, possibly delaying the work. Secondly they are not careful about getting the car dirty on the inside. On my last visit I had to clean grease off the door panel and headliner, and had to clean everywhere I guessed the mechanic might’ve been for anything I couldn’t see. I’ve had previous dealerships who actually washed the entire car as a thank you for doing business with them. At the very least a dealership ought to inspect the car to make sure they don’t get it dirty. On the plus side this dealership has a friendly staff from the time you call through dealing with their advisors in person, and making an appointment is pretty easy. More

I was treated with respect and honesty. After visiting three other area Hyundai dealerships, it took me less than an hour to find the car I wanted at Holler and to get the best price. The sales representative, James Santiago, represented an ‘all inclusive’ business transaction. He initially followed up with me from my visiting the Holler website. Then he sent me an ‘out the door’ quot ‘all inclusive’ business transaction. He initially followed up with me from my visiting the Holler website. Then he sent me an ‘out the door’ quote on the vehicle that I was interested in. I was very skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised that his quote stood up and never changed. When I showed up (2 hours away from home), James was the ONLY person that I had to talk to. That was a very Big Surprise for me because I had never experienced a one man show before. I am very glad and happy that I dealt with Holler Hyundai because it turned out to be an incredibly fun and informative experience. I was never pressured and want to emphasize that I was given an extremely fair deal for my new car as well as a fair price for my trade in car. After James and I agreed on everything, James gave me a ‘complete’ review on the features of my new car. I’m still learning my new car but know that James will be available to answer them. All I can say is if you are looking for a dealership that is delightfully different in how to purchase a car, Holler Hyundai is the place to go. More
Total lack of communication and poor customer service. My 6 mo. old Ionic 5 needed a new 12v battery (the regular sized one in most cars). They had an issue with the phone service and computers but to take over 2 weeks to replace the battery was unexpected. We reached out multiple times, left msgs. and texted, occasionally spoke to someone only to be told they could call us back that day. Crickets. Fortunately they did provide a loaner. At one point, we were told no other dealer in the area has a battery that they are for other customers. My wife called a local dealer who had 8, and was provided the part nbr. We called Holler to obtain the part nbr to verify it was indeed the same battery and was told by the parts dept.,”we don’t give out part nbrs!” Left several more msgs over a few days with no response. On day 15, someone from service calls and said we have a battery, you can pick up your car. This experience was unacceptable and we will no longer be bringing our car to Holler for service. We do understand there may be a supply chain issue but clearly another dealership had the battery and plenty of them but Holler didn’t take the effort to determine that. More
