My customer service rep, Ivan Borbon was FABULOUS! He listened to me trying to describe my concern. He explained that it sounded like alignment issue & not steering yet they would thoroughly check i He listened to me trying to describe my concern. The service went very smoothly. They were able to help fix my vehicle quickly which had the common AC issue in 10th gen Civics not blowing cold air. It took over 2 hours just for an oil change and tire rotation. I sat in my car for at least 10 minutes before someone came out and when they came out it was to tell me someone else would be handling my rotation. I sat in my car for at least 10 minutes before someone came out and when they came out it was to tell me someone else would be handling my car. After my car was done I stood outside waiting for someone to get my car, only no one came and when I did eventually get someone’s attention they just said they only had one person available to help. I ended up having to go back inside and the guy assigned to me finally went and got my car. Also they wanted to charge me $135 just to have someone look at my visor that is broken. Definitely not impressed. Will be trying a different location next time. More
