The only thing I wished had been done differently was for the advisor to let me know when the work was finished that I needed a cabin air filter. My most recent experience this week with Josh Dickson was extra special. Young guy, really wonderful, went out of his way to help me. This young guy was just awesome. He explained everything, was patient with me, told me every cost up front, helped me with a nice overnight car, was just "really on the ball" and very pleasant the entire time. It's nice to see this young man, Josh Dickson, show such initiative and leadership. He enjoys his job and said pleasant things about his employer, Holler Honda. I was so impressed I took the time to speak with the service manager, Kevin Stuckey. Evalie Olivero was very enthusiastic to solve my complaint and in I arrived shortly after lunch and to my surprise I was attended very prompt. MRS. Evalie Olivero was very enthusiastic to solve my complaint and in the process assisted us in getting a service recall all completed. She is a well knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual, that you would be glad you were serviced by her. My observation while I waited one and a half hour, I saw how she inspires others to imitate her leadership. Her stead fast attention to detail was obvious. When I questioned her it seems to me that there is nothing to stop her from providing me the service I expect. She followed up after and hour or so and gave me an update as to how long I have to wait. Mrs. Evalie is an asset to this organization and I wish her the best. Thank you for your professionalism. More
