Evalie Olivero was very enthusiastic to solve my complaint and in I arrived shortly after lunch and to my surprise I was attended very prompt. MRS. Evalie Olivero was very enthusiastic to solve my complaint and in the process assisted us in getting a service recall all completed. She is a well knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual, that you would be glad you were serviced by her. My observation while I waited one and a half hour, I saw how she inspires others to imitate her leadership. Her stead fast attention to detail was obvious. When I questioned her it seems to me that there is nothing to stop her from providing me the service I expect. She followed up after and hour or so and gave me an update as to how long I have to wait. Mrs. Evalie is an asset to this organization and I wish her the best. Thank you for your professionalism. Excellent service experience I had a major service problem come up on a Saturday and Elizabeth Tarr, Service Advisor, did a great job of getting my problem resolved promptly even I had a major service problem come up on a Saturday and Elizabeth Tarr, Service Advisor, did a great job of getting my problem resolved promptly even though they had to go to an Acura dealer to get the part I needed. I was expecting to be there probably the whole day, but Elizabeth Tarr and service technicians took care of the issue within 4 hours. She was definitely very customer service oriented and represented Holler Honda very well. I would definitely recommend to anyone to do business with Holler Honda.
