The only thing I wished had been done differently was for the advisor to let me know when the work was finished that I needed a cabin air filter. My most recent experience this week with Josh Dickson was extra special. Young guy, really wonderful, went out of his way to help me. This young guy was just awesome. He explained everything, was patient with me, told me every cost up front, helped me with a nice overnight car, was just "really on the ball" and very pleasant the entire time. It's nice to see this young man, Josh Dickson, show such initiative and leadership. He enjoys his job and said pleasant things about his employer, Holler Honda. I was so impressed I took the time to speak with the service manager, Kevin Stuckey.
