There was a laundry list of things that supposedly should be repaired. Including an air filter that had just been replaced. The brakes were actually still ok, but since I was there I let them do it . Big mistake . Here I am still sitting 4 hours later. I am far from impressed. I have had the brakes replaced on my last CRV. It didn't take nearly this long. I was told 1 hour. It's been 3.5 since I was told this. I was swarmed when I got there wanting me to trade my vehicle. Well Holler I am hollering, but not in a good way. I will NOT come back here!!!! More

When we arrive, only to find out they are completely out of envelope forms. We had to drive to another dealership to use one of theirs. When I call the next morning to check on the status of the car and to inform them of this inconvenience, in the service dept. he says "Oh well yea it happens not a big deal...anything else?" He was rude and short the entire convo. All I can say is, if you go there just be prepared for horrible customer service. The sort of "yea whatever" attitude the service employees have. We will DEF be switching to a different dealership. More
Poor service experience I took my car in for a scheduled service appointment and it took 40 minutes for an associate to check in my car. Prior to that, I had left several phone messages for their service department and never received a return phone call (it has been a week now). Won't be returning for service at this location. More
Worst Service from a dealer so far I went there for Oil and Filter change, and to check the Engine light. They charge $115 for diagnostic, and they still do not count it towards any fixes. Ok, fine. First, they promised me to be done in under an hour, and it took them 2 hours to finish it. They say they have shuttle service, but they did not have when I was there. Ok, fine I knew the error codes from a previous visit to AutoZone. After the technician inspected it, he said that I need to replace the PCM/ECU (car computer) which I did not agree with and did not make any sense. That is an $1100 job that if they got wrong, I would have completely wasted money on. The representative there didn't even care to do business with me. James was his name, and he seemed to not show any interest in the customer satisfaction or motivating me to fix my car. They did not even provide me with the Error Codes for the check-engine light diagnostic! The codes I got from AutoZone indicated something wrong with the hybrid battery (which is covered by warranty) but they told me the computer is faulty and needs to be replaced. James then billed me 145 for the diagnostic job, which is 30 dollars higher! I asked why, and he did not have a reason, so brought it back to the agreed upon 115. I owned several cars before, and all got serviced at their dealerships (Jeep, Ford, VW Touareg, Mazda), but this is by far the worst experience I ever had. I wasted time and money and did not get the minimally expected service at a dealer, and this is coming from someone who owned a german car and fixed it at their dealership! More

Wonderful, attentitive and caring To whom it may concern, Elizabeth Tarr my service advisor was excellent in her relationship to me as a customer in processing my service and assistin To whom it may concern, Elizabeth Tarr my service advisor was excellent in her relationship to me as a customer in processing my service and assisting all my concerns, e.g. if the airbag is on the list, and seeing to my 3 year anniversary wash and wax wad administered. Oil filter and tire rotation all went without issue. Holler has maintained my car since its purchase and she and the dealership always inform me if there are any potential problems. So far, the car has been a gem to own. The staff during my waits have always been courteous and keep me updated on new innovations on the latest models being introduced. Rick Dawkins showed me the new HR-V that I showed interest in at the time, and Rachel Karoub provided me with an estimate of my current cars value for trade purposes. Carmelo Monti More
