Quick and Thorough I always take my Honda Civic Hybrid to Holler for my maintenance work. They have a great drop-off and pick-up service. I was able to drop my car off, before going to work, and pick-ed it up on my lunch hour. The only thing I wished had been done differently was for the advisor to let me know when the work was finished that I needed a cabin air filter. It was listed on my report as needing to be replaced but I was there to pick up the car at that point and had intention of waiting for more work to be done. Next time... More

My most recent experience this week with Josh Dickson was extra special. Young guy, really wonderful, went out of his way to help me. This young guy was just awesome. He explained everything, was patient with me, told me every cost up front, helped me with a nice overnight car, was just "really on the ball" and very pleasant the entire time. It's nice to see this young man, Josh Dickson, show such initiative and leadership. He enjoys his job and said pleasant things about his employer, Holler Honda. I was so impressed I took the time to speak with the service manager, Kevin Stuckey. Kevin also deserves kudos for recognizing the fine hard working qualities in Josh and for being such a good mentor. Wow, you guys are great!! P.S.
