I received top-notch service from Amanda Walmer and the rest of the crew at Holler. Amanda's friendly, kind, professional demeanor put me at ease, and I was able to relax and catch up on work in the spacious, comfortable waiting room that even has free snacks! And on top of everything else, they drove me to work in a free shuttle. I plan to return whenever my car needs any service... just hopefully not too often! More

He searched the dealership for us to find lined paper so my daughter could do her homework and stay busy while we were waiting. Excellent Service Department I had my 2005 Honda Element in for service recently, and the overall experience was excellent. In addition to the 120,000 service, I had some addition I had my 2005 Honda Element in for service recently, and the overall experience was excellent. In addition to the 120,000 service, I had some addition requests for items that I wanted taken care of during this visit. Additionally, the vehicle had a recall that required attention.. The inspection revealed some additional work that would be needed, and my service advisor, Alfredo Edgerton, reviewed each item with me and answered all of my questions very knowledgeably. He used some great visual reference diagrams to go over each of the items that needed repair, and quoted prices for each. He estimated the time for repairs to be completed, which was going to take until the next day due to a part needing to be ordered. He arranged for a loaner vehicle and had me on my way in under 35 minutes. This was easily the best experience that I have ever had with a service advisor. My vehicle was ready on time, and counting the return of the loaner and paying for the service, I was in and out of the dealership in 9 minutes. More
