They had our 2021 Pilot for a week to fix an ac part covered by warranty. During the week they had the car, rodents got into the engine compartment and ate through some wiring. While unfortunate, I assumed they would tell us that they were fixing the damage and it would be an extra day or two. WOW were we wrong. They hold no responsibility and have told us it will be $4,600 to fix the damage that happened while they had our car. The service manager used phrases like "what do you expect us to do, guard the cars in the parking lot from rodents at night?" He said it's our problem so call our insurance company and that maybe our insurance will fight it and then their insurance will cover the damage. I showed up to have a conversation with the GM, Roger Deally but he was too busy to talk to me and I was told to email him. Well, it's been 4 business days and he apparently doesn't have the time to respond. So now we have to tow it somewhere else to get it fixed as I refuse to give them any money even if it's insurance money. Of course now we have a deductible to pay and our insurance will probably go up on the next renewal. So much for a quick warranty repair. More
Honesty and integrity should be the cornerstone of any business, and Holler Honda service staff and it’s GM Roger Deally are neither. A friend of mine purchased a Honda Pilot there with full warranty cove business, and Holler Honda service staff and it’s GM Roger Deally are neither. A friend of mine purchased a Honda Pilot there with full warranty coverage. He went in for an issue that took over a week to resolve. Meanwhile, with the car parked outside at Holler Honda, rodents ate through the wiring. Holler Honda is now requiring my friend to use his insurance to file a claim for the alleged $4.6K repair, when they are 100% responsible for the damage that occurred due to poor pest management practices. So do yourself a favor and purchase and service your vehicles from literally ANYONE else! More

This dealership has extremely poor communication. I took my 2017 for service. The service tech was supposed to order rubbers for the engine cover which he himself tried to put in after I paid for 1. I took my 2017 for service. The service tech was supposed to order rubbers for the engine cover which he himself tried to put in after I paid for 1. He instead lost the new one and damaged the the clip trying to put the rubber in unsuccessfully. He assured me that he will order 2 new rubbers at no cost to me. This was the beginning of December.. I called since December 20 th and text several times. He never responded. I called on two different occasions and asked to speak to the service manager. Both times I was assured that I would receive a call. To date I never received a call back. For a simple matter this has turned into a fiasco. I wonder about major issues. More
Was there longer than I wanted to be, but it was a holiday, and I guess everyone had the same idea to get their vehicles serviced. Miguel was a great service advisor and addressed all my issues as needed, to the best of his ability and to my satisfaction. I rate Holler Honda a 4 out of 5 though because past experiences have still left issues as needed, to the best of his ability and to my satisfaction. I rate Holler Honda a 4 out of 5 though because past experiences have still left a sour taste in my mouth. From the sales department to other service advisors there have been issues that simply made me stop coming here except for larger scale jobs. Overall not bad but if you do come, try to get Miguel as the issues I’ve had before here weren’t present with him. More
