I live in Virginia & needed serving my car while in Orlando. I called Holler Honda, I made an appointment & arrived 5 minutes early. I met my service rep, signed some papers & was told my car would be Orlando. I called Holler Honda, I made an appointment & arrived 5 minutes early. I met my service rep, signed some papers & was told my car would be ready in about 1-1/2 hours. I had a piece of cake & hot chocolate while waiting & my car was ready in about 55 minutes. My service rep was very pleasant, answered all my questions. I would return to Holler Honda for future service if I lived in Florida. More

They had our 2021 Pilot for a week to fix an ac part covered by warranty. During the week they had the car, rodents got into the engine compartment and ate through some wiring. While unfortunate, I assumed they would tell us that they were fixing the damage and it would be an extra day or two. WOW were we wrong. They hold no responsibility and have told us it will be $4,600 to fix the damage that happened while they had our car. The service manager used phrases like "what do you expect us to do, guard the cars in the parking lot from rodents at night?" He said it's our problem so call our insurance company and that maybe our insurance will fight it and then their insurance will cover the damage. I showed up to have a conversation with the GM, Roger Deally but he was too busy to talk to me and I was told to email him. Well, it's been 4 business days and he apparently doesn't have the time to respond. So now we have to tow it somewhere else to get it fixed as I refuse to give them any money even if it's insurance money. Of course now we have a deductible to pay and our insurance will probably go up on the next renewal. So much for a quick warranty repair. More
