Holler Honda - Service Center

I would not recommend doing any service at this dealership location due to being incredibly expensive. I had a faulty battery sensor switch which they diagnosed for $129.95 standard fee; then c dealership location due to being incredibly expensive. I had a faulty battery sensor switch which they diagnosed for $129.95 standard fee; then charge me another $293.89 for fixing it. Come to find out after the fact, that the cost of the switch was only $55 and literally takes less than 15 minutes to replace (I wish would have known). So, overall, I spent a total of $423.84 on a $55 dollar switch. I have taken my car several times in the past to this location and have never experienced such a disappointment. I understand this is a certified dealership, but their prices have become outrageous. I called several times to this location trying to talk to a service manager and give them the chance to explain why this price was so high... but never got an answer back. Hope this gets their attention. More
