Service team found the noise (it was like a tail pipe dragging on the ground). Turns out it was a small pebble stuck between the rotor and casing causing the noise! All my interactions were with one individual so this is the person I can speak about. He is brutally honest and tells it like it is with no sugar coarting. He explains the issue and the options for resolu the person I can speak about. He is brutally honest and tells it like it is with no sugar coarting. This young man is very professional and is highly skilled in this position. He asks questions and provides answers to those questions.
