Holler Honda's Jhonson Severe called to advise me that the parts had arrived for my 2024 Honda Civic recall. I made an appointment for last Thursday, 2/27, at 7 a.m. By 8.02 am, I picked up my car. It is sad when you go somewhere for service and have to follow up about the service as there's still a problem after service is provided. Come back for service on the same issue and no one such as the man follow up about the service as there's still a problem after service is provided. Come back for service on the same issue and no one such as the manager I spoke to steps up to assist and handle things and make sure they a done correctly. Also I'm not sure if y'all have a quality assurance process in place for services or not but it's TOTALLY lacking and needs to be incorporated or reviewed. Customers should not have to come back and forth to holler Honda bc something is missing or no longer working or lights are coming on after services etc. I would like the number or email to corporate as this is not my first review and talking to people at Holler Honda are not satisfactory. Please provide the number or email to corporate or who I need to contact DIRECTLY to get it. Thanks More
