I bought my CRV from Holler in 2017 and have serviced the car with this dealer regularly. My service technician is Jhonson Severe. He is competent, courteous and helpful. I have dealt with this dealership in the past and always had a positive experience. This time there was only one thing lacking, and that was that we were not told that there were not two keys with the vehi had a positive experience. This time there was only one thing lacking, and that was that we were not told that there were not two keys with the vehicle until the paperwork was signed and we had declined the key coverage that was offered during the financing portion. When I was called back to let me know they could not find the second key I inquired about that package and I was told I no longer qualified because it had to be purchased during signing, even though the finance manager had made a comment about if you ever lose a key to buy that package and then wait the 30 days before filing a claim. It seems odd we were no longer given that option. I have never purchased a used car and not gotten both keys or the promise of the dealer supplying me with the second key. For a car as pricey as what I purchased that seems like odd business. As nice as everybody was, and how smooth the entire transaction went that still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Ray, Jeff, and Dawn were all very nice, but I wish I had been fully informed prior to being taken into the finance office. More
