Shopping around and comparing prices really pays off—we ended up saving $7,000 compared to other dealerships! From the moment I spoke with Sam Voss, I knew I was going to purchase our vehicle through him. Be sure to ask about the Mazda loyalty program and military veteran discount. Sam was honest, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. It had been a while since I last purchased a vehicle, so I had lots of questions, especially with a trade-in involved. Coming from out of state, I was a bit nervous, but Sam made the entire process straightforward. In the end, we were able to sell our trade-in vehicle prior to finalizing paperwork, which made everything even easier. Working with Eric Valentin in the Finance Department made financing seamless and stress-free. To top it off, Sam even packed some treats for us before we headed home—and we made it out just in time to beat the snowstorm! Overall, this was an amazing car-buying experience. He was so knowledgeable, paid attention to every detail, answered every question we had, and was attentive and quick to respond. Holiday is out of our area, a 45-minute drive for us, but after meeting with Logan and seeing how the dealership is run, it was an easy choice and well worth the trip. We worked with Taylor in finance, and she was equally as great, very detailed and efficient. She and Logan worked seamlessly together. From the initial greeting at the reception area to the service team, everyone was nice and genuinely seemed grateful for our business. We highly recommend Holiday, Logan, Taylor, and the entire team. When I checked the carfax on the SUV I bought, I was thrilled to see that it had been taken care of before I got it. It had new brakes, tires, an oil change, and a thorough inspection. That shows Holiday Mazda really wants to give you a car that’s ready to hit the road and they don’t want to charge you extra. The sticker price, including tax and title fees, was exactly what I paid. But the lot I had been to before was going to charge me extra for service I didn’t ask for. They were going to charge a whopping $3,896! But Holiday Mazda didn’t charge me anything extra for the same or even more maintenance and upgrades. They were super fair and transparent with their prices, no hidden fees or crazy markups. The selection of cars at Holiday Mazda was impressive, and the prices were exceptionally reasonable. Unlike other lots I’ve visited, they didn’t have any hidden fees or crazy markups. I highly recommend Holiday Mazda for all your car needs. I’m glad I made the two-hour drive to Fon DuLac! More

They try to get away with whatever they can if possible, so please don't make my mistake and trust that they fully inspected the car (which Jarrod claimed it was). The car was also priced well above Kelly Blue book value, and there was absolutely zero negotiation. Biggest $22k mistake of my life! More

Sam did a great job of providing me with the information I needed to feel confident traveling to the dealership to complete the sale. We were able to get all the details figured out via text and email so that the in-person sign out process was quick and efficient. When the time came and I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. After viewing my vehicle I sat down to sign paperwork with Donna, the Business Manager. Donna was great and we whipped through the paperwork. Throughout the entire process I never felt any pressure to make decisions I wasn’t ready to make or purchase extras I wasn’t interested in. Every part of this experience was excellent and I wish I lived closer so that I could do more business with them and recommend them to friends and family. I still will probably recommend them as it’s only a 39 minute flight from my home. Thanks to Sam, Donna, and the other folks at Holiday for their help with this purchase. My wife and I love our new vehicle! More
