This is the third truck I have bought- Come from Colorado to do so...This time I had to keep calling to get a sales person to get back to me on a truck I was ready to buy.. Still I would get a well get you t to do so...This time I had to keep calling to get a sales person to get back to me on a truck I was ready to buy.. Still I would get a well get you taken care of and then nothing..finally after another few calls I bought a truck, came down got it- That was end of May- This is end of July... Never heard on what I needed to do for registration- again had to keep reaching out. Sales guy said he would ask and get back. Finally, I called the dealer and they said CO kept sending paperwork back- which I was never communicated with. Dealership said my sales person would send me a new temp tag- Of course he never got it to me so I had to contact the dealer again and someone else sent it. Now my truck AC compressor is out and Ford in CO said it is on backorder. Called my sales guy and he told us without having the VIN not much he can do- Said we can get you the VIN, and then he said well we are just too far away. After 3 trucks I wouldn't think they would disregard my business as they have, and it is really unfortunate.I have a brand new pickup that is sitting at a dealer with no date of being fixed. Warning to Super Duty buyers do not buy a truck from here- as anything is too much of a hassle for them to handle. We will be sharing our experience with our fleet/business/ rodeo and ranch owners to stay away. More

I told the sales rep there’s two things in life that I hate. I hate the word hate and I hate dealing with salesman. Whitney Patton was my sales rep and let me tell you. The only reason it got the amount of stars is because of thehe sales lady, Whitney, was amazing to work with but when it came to the service department they lied. I asked Whitney multiple times if they checked the vehicle out really good and that everything was working right she kept telling us they ran it through and that nothing wrong with it. I bought this unseen since I live so far away. On the second day we had it now mind you first day didn't drive out for but the second day my mom had an event for 2 of my babies just in town well when it was done she ended up breaking down in the middle of the intersection with my babies in the car where people were blowing their horn, cussing her out, flipping her off. Thank God no one them. I am mad because I kept being told oh no there is nothing wrong with it well the alternator generator burnt up, alternator, and battery all had to be replaced and if they would have done their job they would have to caught it and should have fixed it because they said it popped right away that it was bad. So I was lied to and they sold me a vehicle that they knew needed to be fixed. I had bought a 2022 Ford transit 350 passenger van so not old at all. More
