I was looking for a F250 and found this dealer online. I dealt primarily with Michael Timpson, although his wife Vicki helped with details after the sale. Michael offered the most straightforward pricing and even found a discount that was not originally quoted. While the dealership was about an hour from my home, I feel that this was genuinely the best buying experience I've ever had. All of the staff we dealt with were very courteous and respectful. Justin McFadden in Finance was also very professional and there was never any pressure to add on products to the clear disclosures. Tom Miller assisted us in showing how all the options work and we were very appreciative given the amount of options on the truck. Amanda, Michael and Vicki's assistant, was very helpful and got the ball rolling on the sale. When purchasing a Ford product, I will check with this dealership first and foremost.
