While I appreciated the support from Brian as we were evaluating cars, I was disappointed in the lack of going over vehicle and its features before leaving the dealership. I have never had that experienc evaluating cars, I was disappointed in the lack of going over vehicle and its features before leaving the dealership. Maybe this was COVID related, but if so, even that was not acknowledged, so it leaves me wondering whether it is normal practice for this dealer. More
