Received a text on 8/1/23 that the truck is available and that I should inform them of when I can look at it. Informed then that I will come on 9/5/23 to look at it. Texted them again on 9/5/23 that I will be coming after work around 3:00pm. I’m coming from Milwaukee and is about an hour drive to Fond Du Lac . I get up there and they tell me the truck is not there ? It’s out at the body shop getting repaired. In other words poor communication, poor service. The car salesman kept repeating to me that it would have been nice to call before I came up there. Informed him that I texted the dealership that morning , twice . He told me that the truck wouldn’t be ready for two weeks. The person I was texting with Danielle has an office twenty feet away from the salesman. You’d think that there would have been some type of contact between the two. Anyway I informed the salesman that when the truck is ready to let me know. I had to laugh because on the back of John Barbers sales card it says and I quote “WORTH THE TRIP” 😳😳😳 More

I bought a vehicle from the budget center about a month ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. In that month the vehicle has been taken in for service twice. The service advisor today gave me a loaner ago and it has been an absolute nightmare. In that month the vehicle has been taken in for service twice. The service advisor today gave me a loaner vehicle after seeing the extent of everything that was wrong with my vehicle. The service advisor said there was absolutely no reason the vehicle should have been sold with all the items that were wrong with it. He said some of the items underneath the vehicle were being held on by tape. He didn't feel it was safe for me to drive the vehicle home. This is after Holiday supposedly did their "used car inspection" of the vehicle. It is beyond me how these issues could have been ignored and the car be allowed to be put up for sale. On top of all the mechanical issues, a piece of trim above the tires on the passenger and driver sides of the vehicle flew off while going down the highway. The service advisor has been amazing in making sure everything wrong with the vehicle is fixed. I will never buy another vehicle from Holiday nor will I ever recommend anyone to get a vehicle from there. More
