Happy it's done. I had a great first experience, test driving and selecting "my" vehicle. The next 5 days of financing negotiations were less than pleasant. No fault I had a great first experience, test driving and selecting "my" vehicle. The next 5 days of financing negotiations were less than pleasant. No fault of Holiday exactly but I was told many many different things which would always change day to day. I get financing a 0 credit rating person can be difficult but you shouldn't say "we're all good" to different deals but then they always would fall through and change. I was not the easiest sale so I was glad they remained patient. Again, it was the deals along the way that never were true options. It's done. I have a vehicle. I would recommend them for customer service reasons. More

Amazing, speedy, and most of all friendly service I had forgotten about my GAP insurance that I had on my previous car that was totaled. I stopped in randomly to get an oil change for a family member. The associate Alex Marschall had remembered me from my previous car and asked how it was doing. Then I had to tell him my story and he pulled me aside and looked at my file without even asking, he didn't need to but he still did it which tells me a lot about a person. He told me about my GAP and then told me the steps of getting a claim started and the process of getting a new car! A week later of getting paperwork and whatnot together, he was able to find me a 2013 Ford fusion, at a great rate too!! Him and his team helped me so much. They treated me so well. The process was smooth and stress free. The service is nothing like I've ever had before. I would truly recommend going here to anybody. I'm so impressed with how much they care about their customers. Customers first are their motto and they definitely proved that! Thanks Holiday!! Love my new ride!! More

I am 19 with a 2014 chevy cruze (my dream car!) and i couldn't be happier. he answered all the questions i had and didn't try to pressure me into anything more expensive, he actually showed me cheaper ones as well. he has a good attitude and listens to what you want, not pushes off what he wants you to have like some other dealerships. He actually told me about a car with an after market sunroof as well and explained the difference. they have a great package as well as a great payment amount, like towing and money towards your next car when you total it with gap insurance. Holiday is a great place to go especially for your first dealership car. They don't just try to dump you off after you buy the car, they are they to help you. i will continue to go to holiday even after my chevy cruze ! They have all great people there. More
