She answered all my questions about buying a car from out of state, and set up a test drive that fit my schedule. This was all done through a series of replies so fast it resembled texting! When I arrived at the dealership, Anthony had the car ready to go. He went through all the car's features with me while I looked it over. He was very knowledgeable about the car & suggested a test drive route that gave me a really good feel for how the car handled. After deciding that I wanted the car, both Anthony and Jon were incredibly helpful with the purchase. This is the first car I've had to finance, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. What I got was the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with no hassle. Not only that, but I came away from the deal with valuable financial information that is sure to help me in the future. From there The team at Hoffman took care of everything that involved transferring the registration & Insurance to my new ride. My concern that buying a car from CT, while living in MA would make this part difficult was completely unfounded. Literally all I had to do was give my insurance agent a call to let them know Hoffman would be contacting them.
