Hi Jenna46, We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication regarding your refund for your deposit. We did not properly explain our process when refunding a deposit and are truly sorry for the frustration that this has caused. When our sales staff is notified that the customer would like their deposit back there is a paperwork process that occurs, requiring a final approval from the Hoffmans. This process can take up to two weeks but we strive to have the check process completed as soon as possible. I personally spoke with our accounting department and a check was cut to you on July 14th and mailed shortly thereafter. Can you confirm that you have received that check, and if not can you please let me know so that we will stop payment on it and issue you with a new one. We truly value our customers and it is important to provide excellent service. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
