Pleasant experience during a very stressful time. I happened to land at Hoffman Nissan during a very stressful time. My vehicle had recently been totaled by a woman who ran a red light...my 22 year old son had just dropped me off at work and was on his way home. I now had to purchase a vehicle unexpectedly. Hoffman Nissan to the rescue! Paul totally understood my situation and showed compassion. Kirk explained the financing, extended warranties, etc. and made the paperwork quick and painless...if there is such a thing when dealing with finance..LOL. Dave & Rocky were very quick to respond when a concern arose with the vehicle I purchased...which turned out to be minor. All 4 are very professional, personable and quick to respond. Great group of men!! Let's not forget about Elena!! She was very responsive to my online inquiries. Found the time to meet me in person as well. Great lady! Would definitely recommend Hoffman Nissan to others. More

Horrible lack of customer service I was lied to by salesman PAul Maxom, the general manager, and just about all staff. It took 6 weeks to get back my refund check I put down on a car, I was lied to by salesman PAul Maxom, the general manager, and just about all staff. It took 6 weeks to get back my refund check I put down on a car, which I was told would be sent within a week. I left 10-20 messages with no response. Working full time was hard to get down there and get my check, but finally had the opportunity, thanks to them lying to me about mailing it out. Customer beware! They are xxxx bags who don't know the meaning of customer service at all! Worst experience with a dealership in my life! More
An unplanned visit with amazing results! I turned on my Nissan Rogue and all the warning lights came on, and stayed on. I knew that the dealer would need to see it with the problem happening, I turned on my Nissan Rogue and all the warning lights came on, and stayed on. I knew that the dealer would need to see it with the problem happening, so raced to Hoffman's service department. It was a Friday at 1pm, with several people waiting, and I had no appointment. They took me right away, and said it "might be a while." They kept updating me, over a period of 4 hours. It was a tough problem! They realized that it was being caused by a computer "glitch" which was part of a recall. They took everything apart and rewired the computer. Big job! And they didn't charge a penny! The service manager was so nice, and kept apologizing for the delay. I was just thrilled to get it fixed! Superior job. More
Disorganized and lack of teamwork between staff and depts I had an appointment for simonizing. My salesman was on vacation and gave me a person to ask for. I arrived for my appointment. No one seemed to respond to pages and phone calls while I was waiting. Told to drive my car into garage. Still several minutes before a person arrived. No record of my scheduled appointment. I was asked if I was planning to wait for my vehicle. I said yes. After 1.5 hours I thought I should follow up as I did not see my vehicle being worked on and no status report. Vehicle had just been taken in and the inside detailing was being done. I asked for my car back and said I would schedule another appointment. Initially my salesman told me the process takes about an hour, so this is the time frame I planned on. Set another appointment. Called my salesman the day before to work out details. Many options were offered, I elected to drop vehicle and get loaner. Arrival time8:30/9:00. My salesman was in at 11:00. My husband waited 50 minutes for loaner. And, to top this all off, the job was less than stellar! More

Brendan did an excellent job, he was very patience and helpful. After a few hours of testing, Brendan was still smiling and eager to answer all of our questions. He worked with us and we ended leasing a beautiful 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum. Our experience with him was a very nice one! More

I just bought a used Nissan I never write these reviews for anything but I felt the need to write a review so that other people can benefit from it. I just bought a used Nissan Rogue and this hoffman nissan was the place that i went to get it fixed and after two successful visits i'm only going to trust my car with this dealership. These guys helped me fix up my vehicle, took care of two recall procedures, and an oil change. Every time i was there I was fortunate to have met David Cyr. Because of David I'll be going to this dealership for every problems I have with my car. More
