I knew the manager from his prior job, and called him and was in the shop within 30 minutes. They were fabulous, and the manager maintained his history of spectacular service at Nissan. I was in and out quickly and they fixed other maintenance issues--great service. More

He listen to us and help us find an automobile that fit our needs and pocket. My experience with Jeffrey Rushmwoth was very unprofessional and down right disrespectful towards his co-worker. He made an inappropriate commitment towards Paul Moxam that I had to confront his behavior. If, it wasn't for the hard work of Paul, I would have walked away from the deal. I had to control my behavior, because will not allow anyone to down right disrespect a BLACK MAN in my present. My wife and kids were upset and we were about to leave an go to another dealership. David Cyr is excellent I took my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder into the service department where I met David Cyr. He listened closely to me as I described my two issues (problem wi I took my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder into the service department where I met David Cyr.
