He contacted me a few months before the end of my lease term and clearly explained my options. I was able to ask questions and think about my decision without being pressured. Tom was reachable by telephone and email...even on his day off. He listened to my needs/wants and was very patient and accommodating without being pushy and annoying. This is my second Lexus my wife and I purchased from Don, the internet sales manager at the Hoffman Auto Group. He has really been there for us both before and after both sales. Even though we special ordered the new Lexus with no trade agreement, when the car came in early he worked with us to get a fair trade on my Corvette at the last minute in December... before we had a record winter. He was a real advocate through both this and our prior sale, keeping us aware of any special offers or incentives through Lexus and worked to get us the best possible price on both vehicles. I have found him to be good person to work with and would recommend him highly. I plan on driving this Lexus into the ground, but should I ever purchase another car it would be through him at Hoffmans. More

I backed into another car and had an obvious scraped up area on my car. I stopped in @ Hoffman Lexus on my way home to make an appt to have body work done and Jim Berube offered to have them try to buff i area on my car.
