After researching many cars and multiple visits to Tom Ryan at Hoffman Lexus, I decided on an ES350. I’ve purchased many new vehicles in the past but, this is my first Lexus. I was interested in two dif Ryan at Hoffman Lexus, I decided on an ES350. I’ve purchased many new vehicles in the past but, this is my first Lexus. I was interested in two different models and Tom explained the major differences between them and answered all of my questions. He was low key and didn’t pressure me at all. Today I stopped by the service department for a quick customization setting and was greeted by Mickey and Jim. They were very customer driven and made you feel like they were there to help. Even though I’ve only had the car for a short time the Hoffman experience has been positive. More
After looking at many cars, I decided to lease a Lexus RX350. Hoffman Lexus was great. Don Salierno was my sales person and he could not have been nicer. He was personable (as I would expect from anyone in sales) but he also had a sense of humor. Although he was persuasive, he was not pushy. I liked Don immediately, and although I had not planned on purchasing a car that day, I decided to do so. When I picked up the car, he spent well over one hour going over all the features of the car, and answered all of my questions. I had a few questions after leaving the dealership, and he promptly responded to all my emails. I have purchased a Lexus in the past from the same dealership, and have had all my service performed at the Lexus service department. They have alway been excellent, and this was one of the reasons I decided to lease/purchase another Lexus. When it is time for another car, I will likely be visiting Lexus again. More

The service department is excellent. I've been using the service department for 8 years. Bob Dinapoli's customer service skills are excellent.
