Great service as always, I had my regular service for my Ford fusion on Friday 09/10/20 everything was perfect, I loved the new look in the customer area that was amazing. Very impressed with their renewed focus on customer service. New facility is great. There service team greets you at your car when you pull in the service center. Great experience! Amazing Facility! And Chick-FilA This was my first service experience back at Hoffman Ford in many years. I moved to the Mechanicsburg area so I had been servicing my F150 at dealers This was my first service experience back at Hoffman Ford in many years. I moved to the Mechanicsburg area so I had been servicing my F150 at dealers over there. The other dealers were treating me ok, but a friend of mine told me that I needed to check out the new Hoffman Ford. Let me just say, they have overhauled everything. The customer experience was 200% better than the last time I was there. I pulled right into their new service drive and was greeted before my truck even came to a stop by one of their friendly valets. He got all the information needed off my vehicle and then walked me over and introduced me to my service advisor Sheldon. Sheldon was actually on a phone call so Advisor Kevin at the adjoining desk jumped right in to help me. He quickly wrote the order, explained to me the entire process and told me it would take about 30-45 mins for my oil change/rotation. Sheldon jumped right back in to help as soon as he was off the phone. He offered to give me a tour of the new building which is unlike any car dealership I have ever been too in the mid-state. The new building has an incredible customer lounge with real fireplace. It felt like I was in my living room. Next he showed me the adjoining cafe area, which get this, will apparently have a functioning Chick-Fil-A cafe serving food in the next few weeks. Unbelievable! Can’t wait to bring my grandkids for lunch. Next, he showed me their gift shop which has all kinds of Ford memorabilia, clothing and goodies for sale. They even had a variety of toys in there including matchbox cars, which I bought some for my grandson since he is an avid collector. I sat down by the fire and it felt so relaxing and homelike. 37 minutes after I pulled in the service drive, Kevin comes walking down to get me and says my truck is done and ready to go. He takes me to the cashier explains the charges, Reviews a report on the health of my vehicle and tells me that a valet is pulling my vehicle back into the covered drive for pickup. Within 45 minutes, I was in and out the door, but to be truly honest as an old retired guy, I really wish I could of stayed longer to enjoy the surroundings. Two thumbs up to Hoffman Ford for exceeding my expectations for customer service and creating an experience I won’t forget. I can’t wait to come back again. More

I just recently had my vehicle serviced at the Collision Center, and I could not be happier with the service I received from Hoffman Ford. Dustin was superb, and there are very few adjectives that can adequately describe his professionalism and attitude with this repair. He helped organize my appointment and kept me updated on the status. He was even kind enough to help me get my sunglasses out of my car and let me pick them up when I forgot to grab them before I left. Although I was less than thrilled to be in an accident, Dustin made the process seamless. Can’t recommend the Hoffman Ford team enough! More
