Worst Service Ever Brought in my 2014 ford fiesta for Inspection and service ( I had a transmission fault error, that was to be fixed two weeks earlier when the battery Brought in my 2014 ford fiesta for Inspection and service ( I had a transmission fault error, that was to be fixed two weeks earlier when the battery died but was never fixed). I dropped if off Tuesday morning on July 2nd was told would be ready by 5 that day, got as call had to order part, would not be ready until Wednesday a 5pm...never got a call I called in spoke with service manager was told that they had to order another part that I was told on both Tuesday and Wednesday that they had in stock and that my car would be ready by 12 on Friday...well I wasn't able to pick up my car until Saturday morning and then I get in my car and there are used gloves, shoe booties, and other garbage laying on my passenger seat. Then they were supposed to order parts for my husbands truck and never did. We have 3 vehicles that we bought from them and was services by them...NEVER AGAIN!! More

At the time of purchase I was excited , 6 months later is when I began to experience the worst service , consisting of poor customer service , and exspensive labor . I’ve expressed my dissatisfaction and tried to resolve issues with the service managers Scott and Dan. I have proof of only getting the car serviced at Hoffman Ford only . Thus far I had replaced the battery, a coolant valve , the Ford SYNC navigation system, now I’m experiencing ac issue where it only blows hot air . I also have gotten my windshield wipers replace there and the grind and skip every time it rains. My middle seat belt in the back is locked and unable to be used . My family has purchased 3 cars from them I would be the 4th in my family which means we’ve paid thousands to this dealership. I fully understand that vehicles are perfect but I suggest that is anyone is seeking a new vehicle to seek elsewhere. I have all my receipts from dates of service . A car is an investment I advise you to truly take caution . Also the Ford Fusion has multiple recalls ** recalls Hoffman claims they still don’t have the information to fix, and the parts to fix yet**. FORD “FIX OR REPAIR DAILY” More

After they finally realized that they were wrong about the cause of my problem, I had already spent hundreds of dollars and they were unwilling to offer me any kind of recompense. They basically committed extortion by refusing to give me my car keys unless I paid for my completely unnecessary alternator replacement. I will never forgive them. At best they are incompetent and at worst they are criminals. More

I really like bringing my vehicle into Hoffman Ford. Sheldon in the Service Department works really hard at making sure his customers are happy and satisfied with their visit.
