Jim Bliss is anything but pushy!! He was kind, soft spoken and really worked out an incredible deal for us. We had test driven several cars but after having a Buick Encore for several years, I was ready for something smaller and sportier. I kinda had my heart set on the Ford Ecosport S and Jim really worked hard and managed to get us an Ecosport SES with all the bells and whistles for no money down and payments with a few dollars of what we were paying! Jim Bliss is a true gentleman and all round great guy. You want a fair no surprises price on a car, he is definitely your guy. Everyone we came in contact with there was kind and willing to help in any way they can. Go see Jim Bliss! More

My visit was a factory recall review and a vehicle 25,000 mile service, I also needed a battery for my keyfob. Tami Kroh was my Service Consultant. She greeted me warmly in a friendly manner. Took the time t mile service, I also needed a battery for my keyfob. Tami Kroh was my Service Consultant. She greeted me warmly in a friendly manner. Took the time to. listen to me. and answered all my questions with a clear and straight forward manner. Since my primary reason was a recall review we decided I would wait and see if there was a need to make a change to the door latches. If not I would wait on the service but if needing replacement I would take the shuttle home. Tami followed. up quickly since service checked it out and I was informed immediately. I was. on my way within an hour with a service, new battery in my key fob and a freshly washed car. I could not be more pleased with how this service call was handled. Tami was spectacular, thank you very much for a job well done. More
