Organized and thoughtful I have been to many different Ford dealerships lately for service on my 2014 Ford Fiesta in different states. It was very informative and accurate but easy to understand. I hope to not have to take this car in again but if I did I would prefer to deal with Chris any day. More

Fast and Friendly I changed my service dealership to Hoffman Ford from the dealer I bought my Fusion from because of my dissatisfaction with my original Ford dealer. repair of vehicle, overheating, 2007 Lincoln Town Car I find it hard to believe that I was quoted a price for repair from $1000.00--$1700 from Hoffman Ford East Htfd. when, I had the vehicle repaired at I find it hard to believe that I was quoted a price for repair from $1000.00--$1700 from Hoffman Ford East Htfd. when, I had the vehicle repaired at a licensed repair shop elsewhere for $420.00 and that included a flatbed tow.
