New Car We haven't bought a new car in 16 years, so this wasn't an easy decision as to what vehicle we would want. There's alot of choices out there. We had gone to another Ford dealer first off a few months back and saw the same Ford Edge, but for whatever reason we didn't go back there. We actually went to Hoffman to look at a used Jeep Cherokee. Did not like the look of the car. While we were there, we decided to look at the Edge again. Corey greeted us and we told him our dilemma. I was waiting for my mom's house to sell. That was when I would have the down payment for a vehicle and that I didn't know when that would be. Well, he brought the Red Edge up front and when I walked out and saw it, I knew it was the "one" Corey did not push us. He gave us his card and told us to call when we were ready. He was very professional and knowledgeable. When we are ready for another new vehicle, we will come back to Hoffman to see Corey. Hopefully, he will still be there. We highly recommend Hoffman. I love my Ford Edge! More

I returned to the dealership, Karen got my car- explained what they had done ( to my satisfaction). Car was washed and I was a happy customer. 'Shuttle Service was excellent. Comfortable, Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, and had a couple cups of coffee. All went well, and I appreciated the car wash; however, I have visited more comfortable dealerships. It was nice, but just not perfect, and it would also be nice if I could visit a Hoffman Lincoln that was located closer to Cheshire, CT, so I wouldn't have to travel as far. Brian was very nice, however, I felt that his offer on tire replacements was very ridiculous. I was especially shocked at the price that he offered while I was starring at a "TIRE SALE" promotion. Unbelievable. More

I travel 50 miles to use Hoffman service. It is my intention to keep my truck running as long as I own it, that means taking it to the service center tat I believe does the best job. Laughable Not pleased, fed a line of xxxxxxxx and charged for defective part. Car left in disarray.
