Very accommodating. I was in the market for a larger truck. Love the Ford F150 I had but it was not quite large enough to pull a camper we bought last year. Saw the ad on-line about a used F350 that Hoffman had taken in trade. We took it for a test drive and were very pleased with the power, looks and options that came with the truck. Worked with Sam Pines, Billy Genereux, Fran Marinaro and Richard Gonzales and they took very good care of me. Great experience. More

Excellent customer service!! Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and stocked with refreshments. My service person was Karen Sp Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and stocked with refreshments. My service person was Karen Spatafora, she was smart, nice and very sympathetic to my time constraints. Karen quoted me a price and time for my service beforehand. I also had another issue with my vehicle that they took care of without a problem or charge. My service went over the time she quoted me but she was very apologetic and offered me a discount on my next service. She later emailed me to apologize again for the delay. It would be nice when we meet with your customer service reps before sending anyone to the waiting room to give an approximate wait time. There are points and times when service is 20 minutes; and services is an hour or more. Giving your customers that information would be handy to the customer. Waiting longer than an hour for an oil change and tires rotated was a little much. When I got up to use the ladies room, I noticed my vehicle was parked awaiting me to get in it. There should be more communications between your service rep's and the customers waiting. Adding this to your service would give your customer service team a higher rating than "Good" Vicki Arnum More
