Extremely upset! My vehicle was bought to be serviced.. When the vehicle was picked up, the entertainment radio screen was completely blacked out… My vehicle was not My vehicle was bought to be serviced.. When the vehicle was picked up, the entertainment radio screen was completely blacked out… My vehicle was not dropped off this way! Manager Andy was informed of this his response was take your car somewhere else… When this was escalated to Sam Pines, His response was we cannot assist you and not this $1400 cost is my expense… Customer service is horrible and they break your vehicle and try to charge you for it… stay away !!
