My Hoffman service department experience was exceptional! I purchased a gorgeous green 2016 Ford F 350 Super Duty with dually wheels in January.It is my pride and joy, purchased from another well known Ford I purchased a gorgeous green 2016 Ford F 350 Super Duty with dually wheels in January.It is my pride and joy, purchased from another well known Ford Dealership which I will credit to later. My Green Dually always gets complements. Friends and Strangers just feel comfortable telling me how fine my Super Duty is. I was leaving the poll early Tuesday morning and a Need Oil Change Soon warning started going off. This was the first warning I had gotten. I immediately called my Ford Dealership and their service dept. was booked until the week of Thanksgiving- I panicked and was told to contact any available Ford Dealership. I called Hoffman Ford on Columbus Boulevard and was booked for service within the hour. What a fabulous, pristine facility. I was greeted with a smile and felt quite comfortable in their thoughtful waiting room. You can tell when people enjoy and respect their jobs. It felt like my original Dealership- this Ford Company has this whole Sales, Customer Service thing down to a science. I truely appreciated how both facilities felt like one, although as a new buyer, I, of course knew my "original crew" by name. Wow! If I didn't know better I would think that these Hoffman Guys were trying to win me over, ooh! Technically, this one is closer. But I get it....my family has always been FORD ENTHUSIASTS! The accommodations and seamless way of doing things, the impeccable surroundings, etc.is a true representation of The Brand I simply have an extended family I can forever trust. Go! GO!! Selig Mitchell Ford my original and forever truck family!!!...and Wow! WOW!! HOFFMAN YOU made my day!! Go, GO FORD. WHAT. A TEAM !! More
Extremely upset! My vehicle was bought to be serviced.. When the vehicle was picked up, the entertainment radio screen was completely blacked out… My vehicle was not My vehicle was bought to be serviced.. When the vehicle was picked up, the entertainment radio screen was completely blacked out… My vehicle was not dropped off this way! Manager Andy was informed of this his response was take your car somewhere else… When this was escalated to Sam Pines, His response was we cannot assist you and not this $1400 cost is my expense… Customer service is horrible and they break your vehicle and try to charge you for it… stay away !! I have maintenance repair service on my vehicle. The people that worked on my vehicle were very knowledgeable and conscientious of my time. My car had at least four people all experts in their area The people that worked on my vehicle were very knowledgeable and conscientious of my time. Nothing but problems, Had to go in for service, before we even received the plates, The remotes they gave us were taped together, the ring to hold keys was broke off both remotes, Had to spend 500.00 fo we even received the plates, The remotes they gave us were taped together, the ring to hold keys was broke off both remotes, Had to spend 500.00 for new remotes, Bought a extended warranty and never received any paperwork, Called them about it and they send us info to buy a warranty.... Really. Does anyone up there know what they are doing? Have no idea how they have a good rating. I will NEVER go there again or recommend them to my worst enemy.. More
