Ms Andrews, that is far from what happened. We have tried to be accommodating, providing you with a Lincoln loaner for over 30 days at our expense while you are out of loaner status and had a power train issue. Repairing the transmission had nothing to do with your audio screen that had a known issue. We diagnosed it at no charge and offered to do the installation and reprogram at no charge. We did ask you to take it elsewhere when you became extremely abusive. We normally would move past the review, but this required we set the story straight. Andy Perna - Service Manager
