Decent results, hassle of a process After coming in with a tranny issue on my '13 S4, I was told there was a slow leak one of my tires- caused by a construction staple which left two sma After coming in with a tranny issue on my '13 S4, I was told there was a slow leak one of my tires- caused by a construction staple which left two small holes. They removed the wheel from the car, and the tire from the wheel - expecting me to shell out $280 for a new tire. They insisted the tire was ruined and beyond repair due to the TWO holes (plug/patch). Needless to say, I left on a donut. After consulting a tire professional, I decided I would like them to plug it. However, when the aforementioned tire professional physically examined the tire, they pointed out that whoever had removed it from the car (Hoffman) had buffed the inside of the tire down to the cords (in an attempt to plug it), effectively ruining the tire. After returning to the dealer, the hassle I had to go through to get them to comp a tire was ridiculous. For a dealer that rakes in thousands on daily basis on car service alone, a single tire shouldn't even dent their profits. I must stress that this was not the decision of the service consultant, but their supervisor. What irks me isn't the hassle I had to endure, but the fact that they TRIED TO PLUG the tire, buffed it down to the cords, ruined it, and then told me that the tire couldn't be fixed because there was two holes. This dishonesty from such a renowned dealer was surprising and extremely off-putting. Again, I would like to iterate that I had a positive experience with the service consultant himself. More

Last Minute I had originally scheduled a planned maintenance appointment for Saturday. The day before my appointment, my car had a warning. I called Audi to see I had originally scheduled a planned maintenance appointment for Saturday. The day before my appointment, my car had a warning. I called Audi to see if thy could squeeze me in for my service a day early and provide a loaner vehicle. With less than 5 minutes notice, they took my car and I was on my way to work in the loaner. Very impressive. I got the car back that same day and they even performed extra checks to make sure they understood why I received the warning. They also clean the car nicely when you bring it in for service. Looks just like new! More
