Good Experience at a Bad Time I totaled my 2014 Audi A-6 a couple of weeks ago. I leased it from Audi through Hoffman Audi of East Hartford and had worked with Dylan Bigge when I I totaled my 2014 Audi A-6 a couple of weeks ago. I leased it from Audi through Hoffman Audi of East Hartford and had worked with Dylan Bigge when I did so. Even before my car was confirmed as being totaled, I called Dylan to find a replacement. He quickly located a 2016 Audi A-6 with the exact features I wanted and having the exterior and interior colors I preferred. Once I knew my old car was totaled, I went to Hoffman Audi and got the new replacement car. Dylan and the manager who handled the lease were as efficient and pleasant as could be. I wish I hadn't been in the position of needing a new car, but given that I was, I didn't hesitate, and won't in the future hesitate, to work with Hoffman Audi of East Hartford again. More

While I was waiting to talk to the service tech my salesman Steve Stellar came over to say hello and went and got someone to help me. It has been over a year since I bought my Q3 but Steve always makes a point to say hello and make sure I am taken care of. The rest of my visit I worked with Athena who is always cheerful and has great energy. She was very good with me on the phone when I made the appointment and very nice and helpful throughout the visit. She really makes coming in for service a pleasure. More

PROFESSIONAL!! This is our first Audi. My wife loves the car but its consuming oil like crazy. Rob took the car in the same day i called and gave us a loaner for the This is our first Audi.
